Pop-Up Dialogues Committee
Mission Statement The Pop-Up Committee furthers the work of the College by organizing educational discussions about cases and topics of current interest to Fellows. The dialogues can range in scope from breaking news and legal developments to identification and discussion of decisional trends, including deep-dives into matters that affect insurers and insureds alike. Each dialogue includes both policyholder- and insurer-side Fellows who lead the discussion, and robust exchanges of views are most welcome.
Please note: Recordings of Pop-Up Dialogue presentations and related materials are provided on this website with the consent of the presenters and are solely for the use of American College Fellows. Pop-Up Dialogue presentations are intended to facilitate the sharing of information and promote academic discussion among presenters, moderators, and participants on issues of current interest to American College Fellows. The materials posted on this website, including audio or video recordings, text, graphics, images, and other materials (“Materials”), are for informational purposes only. The views, thoughts, and opinions expressed in the Materials are not necessarily those of the speakers, hosts, or participants and do not reflect the views, opinions, policies, or positions of the American College of Coverage Counsel. Neither the website nor the Materials should be used in any legal capacity whatsoever, including but not limited to attribution of the information contained therein to the ACCC, the presenters, or authors; as a statement of a standard of care or as an admission for any purpose; or as evidence of a particular legal position.
