ACCC-CILJ Law Journal Task Force
Mission Statement
In 2025, the ACCC entered into a strategic partnership with the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal, the oldest and most prestigious scholarly law review devoted solely to insurance law. The goal of this partnership is to highlight the role of our College in fostering a deeper understanding of insurance law and to provide ACCC Fellows with an opportunity to share their legal writing with a broader audience. The Task Force is responsible for identifying and developing 5-6 law review-worthy articles which may be drawn from material prepared in conjunction with ACCC Annual Meetings and Symposia, as well as independent work prepared by Fellows. The Task Force is chaired by Michael Aylward (Insurer-Side) and Doug Skelley (Policyholder-Side).
