Part of the American Law Institute’s ongoing Restatement Third of Torts project is a chapter on Bad-Faith Performance of First-Party Insurance Contract. Some of the Fellows and Honorary Fellows involved in this project are ACCC past-presidents Lorie Masters, Mike Aylward and Peter Kochenburger. Lorie, Mike and Peter will provide an update on the developments in drafting this chapter, including the positions being advanced by the various interested parties.
