An ACCC Dialogue: COVID-19-Liability Claims and CGL Policy

In keeping with the urgent pace of developments surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are accelerating the pace of our dialogue calls so that we can provide maximum opportunities for our Fellows to gain insight into the coverage implications of this crisis and how we, as lawyers, can responsibly respond.
 

Our survey of COVID-19 Insurance Coverage Issues continues with a discussion of liability claims and the CGL policy. Chris Martin of Houston's Martin Disiere Jefferson & Wisdom and Chris Mosley from Denver's Sherman & Howard LLC will explore the likely targets of liability claims and the insurance issues that are likely to result with respect to what constitutes "bodily injury" or "property damage" and the impact of various exclusions.

As always, these calls are for ACCC Fellows and are not open to clients or non-members. Participants are encourage to pose questions to the discussion leaders and offer insights of their own as this tragedy unfolds across our country.

We have expanded our capacity for these calls to allow for maximum participation by our Fellows.

You DO need to pre-register for this call, so that we can restrict access by any outside parties. 

Only ACCC Fellows may participate, however. Also, as these conversations are meant to be candid and informal, the contents of the conversation shall not be recorded or transcribed by any participant.
