An ACCC Dialogue: COVID-19-Emerging Exposure to D&O Claims

In keeping with the urgent pace of developments surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are accelerating the pace of our dialogue calls so that we can provide maximum opportunities for our Fellows to gain insight into the coverage implications of this crisis and how we, as lawyers, can responsibly respond.
This COVID-19 pop up call will focus on the emerging exposure to D&O claims based on alleged corporate mismanagement of these claims. Our featured presenters will be Seth Lamden of Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP (Chicago) and Michael Manire of Manire Galla Curley LLP (New York). The call will also include a short briefing on recent legislative and regulatory efforts to compel insurance for business interruption and first party COVID-19 claims. We have expanded our capacity for these calls to allow for maximum participation by our Fellows. You do not need to pre-register for this call.
