The overnight migration to virtual law practice has changed the way we litigate and mediate insurance coverage cases. This Pop Up call, sponsored by the ADR Committee, will discuss Online Dispute Resolution or "ODR." Our panel will provide insights on best practices in virtual mediation of insurance coverage matters and will invite participants to share their experiences of the past few months.
