As part of the ACCC’s continuing effort to provide opportunities for dialogue about emerging insurance and bad faith issues, all Fellows are invited to join a discussion of the changes 2020 brings to California's insurance statutes, and what they mean for the insurance industry and those jurisdictions that tend to follow California’s lead on insurance matters. 
Andrew Downs, Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, and Mary McCutcheon, Farella Braun & Martel, will address revisions, including calculation of actual cash value (and abrogation of the fair market value rule), and changes regarding procedures for when a third adjuster is assigned to a property insurance claim, non-renewal procedures, the Insurance Information Privacy Act, and automobile physical damage payment.
