Developments in Florida law, particularly as they affect insurers and policyholders, have been in the news of late. With the conclusion of the 2025 legislative session (which was longer than most), please join two of our fellows for a discussion on what passed, what failed, and what lies ahead in the Sunshine State. The tort reforms of recent years are percolating through the courts, and we will discuss their effects on coverage claims and bad faith litigation.
