The policyholder side will present expert Charlene Miller on direct in opposition to a motion to strike, with cross-examination by the insurer side as to qualifications and opinions of the expert.  This is based on the motion to strike Charles Miller in the case of USF&G v. Ulbricht, in the Western District of Washington.
