The final registration deadline is Friday, October 25, 2019. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If a cancellation is received by 5:00 p.m. ET Friday, October 25, 2019, a refund of 75% of the registration fee will be issued. There are no refunds for cancellations received after that date.

Our group is staying at the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale-Plantation Hotel, 1230 South Pine Island Road, Plantation, FL 33324. We have secured a group rate of $149 a night, plus tax, for the night of October 31, and $210 a night, plus tax, for the night of November 1.
